Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe — Transfer to Kampala

Day 2: Kampala → Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary (Rhino Tracking)
Journey north to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda where you can photograph rhinos in their natural habitat on foot. With the guidance of an expert ranger, you’ll approach these prehistoric giants at eye level, capturing close-up details as they graze.

Day 3: Shoebill Trek & Drive to Murchison Falls
Begin with a silent canoe ride in the sanctuary wetlands in search of the shoebill stork—a bird so ancient it looks carved from another era. After lunch, drive the final stretch into Murchison Falls National Park (MFNP) and check in at your lodge overlooking the Nile.

Day 4: Game Drive & Nile Cruise
Dawn paints the savanna gold as you set out for a morning game drive on the northern bank of MFNP, searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, and buffalo. After lunch, enjoy a spectacular boat cruise on the Nile to the bottom of Murchison Falls, where crocodiles bask, hippos grunt, and elephants wander the shores.
📷 Photo Tip: Telephoto for predators, wide for herds. On the boat, shoot low angles of hippos and frame the falls with spray rainbows.

Day 5: Top of the Falls & Evening Delta
Drive to the top of Murchison Falls and stand in awe as the Nile squeezes through a seven-metre gorge, exploding in thunder and spray. The rainbow mist offers one of Uganda’s most iconic shots. After lunch, descend to the delta for an evening game drive, where elephants silhouette against the sunset and Uganda kobs sprint across golden plains.

Day 6: Scenic Road Transfer to Kidepo Valley
A long but scenic drive takes you north through Acholi and Karamoja heartlands. You’ll pass mud huts, waving children, and farmers at work. By late afternoon, the vast expanse of Kidepo opens before you—one of Africa’s great wildernesses.

Day 7: Wild Frontiers of Kidepo
At sunrise, head into the Borassus-palm-studded valleys in search of plains wildlife—cheetahs, ostriches, and buffalo herds. Visit the steaming Kanangorok Hot Springs and enjoy a picnic in the wild. The evening game drive returns to Narus Valley to capture silhouettes of massive herds against the sunset.

Day 8: Cultural Immersion with the Karimojong
